The good news is that you do not have to go to the restaurant to taste this dish. Ingredients for How to Make Fried Rice:

  • 2 cups rice (add more rice for more people)
  • Beansprouts
  • Ham dishes
  • 200 gr shrimp, chicken, meat or any other animal protein
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil
  • Chive or civet according to your tastes

Fried rice has a hard and somewhat dry consistency, with a delicious taste. To obtain the exact texture, there is an infallible technique: several hours before preparing this dish, prepare the two cups of rice, cool it a little and then put it in the refrigerator.

This will allow a little drying of the rice, in order to obtain the texture and the appearance of this typically Asian dish.

A few hours after completing the previous step, start preparing your fried rice. In a wok or deep skillet, add olive oil or vegetable oil. Wait until it heats and adds the proteins you have chosen for your Asian rice: shrimp previously peeled and washed, chicken, pork or beef. Repeat for 5 minutes. Then place it in the refrigerator.

If you have decided to make a simple fried rice, just add the diced ham and make them come back two minutes.

Beat the three eggs and, in a saucepan, make them scrambled. Book them then to add them later in your Asian rice.

This is the time to incorporate the white rice that you had reserved in the refrigerator. Mix regularly so that it mixes well with vegetables, diced ham, and meat.

Add the soy sauce and stir. You will find that the rice begins to take the traditional light brown color, which gives a look so appetizing and taste so delicious. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, you can remove the dish from the fire.
